I don't have that recipe, but if you ever come across it, I would love to have it also. I loved the Rich's Bakery along with the Rich's Magnolia Tea room. It's funny that I just came across your request today because just yesterday I had those mints on my mind wishing that I could find the recipe. Oh, for the days of downtown Rich's.
