Recipe(tried): Wedding Mints

Wedding Mints

2 boxes (1 lb each) confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Food coloring (optional)

Mix wsugar cream cheese, and extract together with hands.

If using food coloring work into mint mixture in small amounts. For different colors separate portions before adding colors.

Roll in small 1-inch balls; dip in granulated sugar. Press down either with your hands or a miniature butter mold.

Refrigerate.
