ISO: Roast turkey a day ahead

ISO
Because of time constraints I want to roast the turkey the day before serving it. I would like to have it carved and then re-heat the turkey to serve it. I'm hoping someone will have suggestions on how to re-heat it and keep it moist without changing the texture.
I've tried putting it in a roaster wrapped in cabbage leaves with some water in the bottom. It wasn't bad but I'd like something better.
