Recipe: Parmesn Herb Dip Mix

PARMESAN HERB DIP MIX

1/8 Tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt free herb blend (like Mrs. Dash or McCormick All-Purpose)
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (green can)

Ingredients may be put into the jar in layers or mixed together.

Attach instruction card:

Place 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream into a medium mixing bowl.

Add mix and stir to blend very well.

Chill two hours or longer before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Serve as a dip with chips, crackers and raw vegetables

Salad Dressing Recipe:
Instead of making a dip, add mix to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk. Blend well. Add a little milk to thin the dressing if desired.
Makes 2 cups.
