ISO: Rugulach

Misc.
I'm looking for a recipe for rugulach, which is the fancy name for the scraps of dough my grandmother would roll out and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. I've seen "rugulach" for sale in catalogs that sell various gourmet foods. They sell them with them as flaky rolled pastries with cinnamon walnut, chocolate, raspberry, apriocot currant and chocolate raspberry fillings.
Am wondering using store bought pastry dough?
Thanks
