ISO: salad with chopped lettuce and rice

There is a salad somewhere out there that a family friend made and i can't seem to get the recipe for or the name.

It was finely chopped lettuce, rice and I am not sure what else. It seem to have had it's own dressing because we didn't add any.

Does anyone have a clue, please send. Thanks
