ISO: Salads needed for Canadian Thanksgiving

It is my turn to bring something to my family's Thanksgiving. I have been elected to bring a salad or salads as the case maybe. We are 36 people strong...what can I make that will feed that many but contribute to the fall theme of Thanksgiving? I am out of ideas!
