ISO: SALT PICKLES

Misc.

Hello! I have been looking at the postings here, and archives for a recipe on SALT PICKLES. My grandmother used to make these. (She's now gone) We really miss her.

Basically I believe it was just pickling cucumbers, SALT, and Water. I am not sure how much salt, and how long pickes are to soak in brine, if brine is to be heated etc.

Any help or anyone knowing a recipe on salt pickles, I would really appreciate. I am going and try to make some. I may just have to try and experiment. Really appreciate any help or input.

Thanks!

Carol
