ISO: sherbet confectionary not sorbet

I am looking for the recipe for the sherbet the one makes for school fetes. It's dry and you suck it through a straw. One of the ingredients is jelly chrystals and bi-carb soda.

I want to make it for a fete on June 3.cheers
