ISO: Smoke and Spice macaroni and cheese recipe

Happy New Year to all!! Looking for a recipe for macaroni and cheese that is made in a electric smoker sold on QVC. The recipe comes from a cookbook called Smoke and Spice by bill and Cheryl Jamison.....looked so good and I would appreciate any help....Thanks, Elaine in NH
