ISO: S'Mores Desert

Misc.
I'm looking for a S'Mores Like Desert to take to bon-fire party. It must be made ahead of time and able to set for a couple of hours (coolers are aloud). Please pull out all the stops, the more extravigant, the better. Thanks, Diane
