ISO: Snickers Munch Bars .......mmmmm

Misc.
I woke up this morning thinking about those Snickers Munch Bars. (I think they are supposed to have a toffeeish layer - never really inspected them that much) I thought how neat would it be if I could make them. So, I came to the best place around ;) If anyone knows of this recipe I would GREATLY appreciate it. THANKS SO MUCH!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
