ISO: some kind of bread with a poppy seed filling

Misc.
Several years ago, a Jewish friend of mine served, during the Hannukah holidays, some kind of bread with a poppy seed filling. I would LOVE to find that recipe, or something similar! Is there anyone out there who could help? Thanks!
