ISO: Sourdough Bread (Potato Bread)

Misc.
I need help with completing a starter I have for Sourdough Bread (Potatoe Bread, I used to call it).
Starter is water, sugar, and Potatoe flakes. The most I can remember from the recipe I had was adding flour, can't remember other ingredients, neading then after it set for a certain time you had to punch it back down, then put in pans to rise again, then bake.
Is there anyone out there who can help me before tomorrow, or I will have to throw away a cup of starter and feed again. Would like to bake the bread soon. The person that gave me the starter gave me ingredients, which seem to be what I remember but no directions as to what I do and when. This recipe does not use Yeast.
Thanks for your help.
