ISO: spaghettios/canned pasta

Misc.
ISO tomato sauce/pasta recipe resembling spaghettios or chef boyardee.

I have a special needs child and that's one of the few things he eats and I would prefer to make things as fresh as possible and w/o preservatives but maintain the taste he is used to.
