ISO: Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

Years ago I had a little brand name cookbook for Velveeta cheese recipes, in it was a recipe for a dish called Spicy Chicken Spaghetti!! It was a great recipe, I have since lost the book and can't remember the exact recipe!! It had chicken, tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms, chilis, and of course spaghetti! I'm not sure how to put it together!!!!! Can anyone help me please?? I have tried the Velveeta site to no avail!! Thank you for your time!!
