ISO: spinach salad with strawberries and feta

Misc.
Hi...a friend of mine is looking for a salad recipe that has some of these following ingredients :

Spinach
Strawberries
Feta Cheese
Roasted Walnuts (posible)

and the dressing is suppose to be made from a few herbs. She thinks it's called "The Wedding Salad" but not for sure on it.

Can anyone help me out ?
