ISO: spinach stuffed eggs

looking for a recipe from i can't believe its not butter for spinach and bacon stuffed eggs. its probably from about 7 yrs ago. i know it has applecider vinegar and mayo besides the "butter" and spinach. lost the recipe when i moved. it was always a big hit and would like to make it for the superbowl. thanks to all you great cooks!
