ISO: Spinach with hard boiled eggs and vinegar

Misc.
My husband's mother used to make spinach with hard boiled eggs, vinegar and I'm not sure what else. My husband has said several times he would love to eat this dish again. I never ate it so do not know exactly what goes in it. Possibly bacon also.
Thanks.
