Recipe(tried): Sweet and Sour Wilted Spinach Salad

Salads - Vegetables
Hello Grannieq in Colorado...

Thought I would add to the list, an adaptation I have used for a Wilted Spinach Salad. I used the following dressing from a Three Bean Salad and folks loved it.

1/2 cup of cider vinegar
1/3 cup cannola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Just mix well to dissolve the sugar; this recipe did not call for cooking the ingredients, and I did not have any problems.

Other ideas for extras to add to the Spinach besides the freshly cooked bacon, that I have used are: drained/rinsed can of bean sprouts.
