ISO: sponge cake with chocolate - diabetics

tomorrow i need to make a cake.it is two sponge cakes with chocolate moose in the middle, while that is cooking i will melt some chocolate to put on the top so when the cake is cooled down the chocolate will go hard.wot ingredient will i need to make the sponge.
