ISO: St. Hubert, Chalet BBQ, & Friendlys

Misc.

I'm trying desperately to find a recipe for Rotisserie chicken (in Montreal called BBQ chicken) like St. Hubert, Chalet BBQ, Laurier BBQ, (known by nostalgic Montrealers) or Swiss Chalet. Also, my mother in law has asked me to find the recipe for Friendly's Honey Mustard Dressing... If I find it I could score a few points with her :) Any help would be appreciated.
