Hi, Chris. Do you have a Cost Plus in your area? Cost Plus sells Canterbury Cuisine cake mixes and they are really good. I made the carrot cake a few months ago and my husband said it was the best carrot cake he ever had.

I think you'll be happy with the mix. The cake comes out very moist. Buon appetito.
