ISO: Steaks on the George Foreman Grill

I just got a George Foreman grill and would like to cook steaks on it. Does anyone have any guidance on how long to cook them so they are still pink in the middle? I realize it would depend on how thick the steaks are but have no idea when to start checking to see if they are done. I haven't cooked anything on the grill yet but after reading all the rave reviews at TKL, I had to have one!
