ISO: Strawberry Fresco from Olive Garden

Misc.
I love this drink from the Olive Garden, but they serve it in a tall glass and this recipe only contains a total of 5 oz. of liquid, how does that fill one of those tall glasses? Even if you add ice, it does not fill it up, I made this at home and it was only about .70 of the glass full. Would it work to double this recipe in the glass?
