ISO: stuffed flank steak or skirt steak
Misc.In the early 90's there was a recipe in a cooking magazine (I think Food & Wine magazine) that was for beef (flank or skirt steak) stuffed with spinach, Feta Cheese, rolled and cooked in red wine. Unfortunately a relative borrowed mu old mags. and lost it. Please help. Thank you Maria
