ISO: Substituting Splenda for sugar in bread recipes
Misc.Just a quick question, if anyone knows. I have to cut down on sugars and was wondering if it would be possible to substitute Spenda for sugar in bread recipes. I am already creating high-fiber breads, but want to see if I can cut the sugar without cutting the sweetness. If anyone knows if that substitution can be made without damaging the bread, I would be very grateful to find out.
