ISO: Swedish 3 Layer Cookies

I had a bar cookie at a Christmas party last night. It was called a Swedish 3 layer cookie. The bottom layer was a crust, middle layer, I'm not sure, and the top layer was a white frosting (could have been cream cheese). It was divine. Anyone have a recipe for these?
