Recipe: Squaw Valley Hot Chocolate (using chocolate milk, 1960's)

This recipe was billed as a quick energy drink for the 1960 winter Olympics athletes:
4 cups of chocolate milk
1 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup powdered malt
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
Combine ingredients; mix well. Heat to serving temperature.
Makes 4 servings.
