ISO: Swedish meatballs made with grape jelly

I have been looking for years for the Swedish meatball recipe that is made with grape jelly. I have eaten these once and they were delicious. I have looked for the recipe ever since. Anyone who can provide them to me, I would be ever so grateful. Thank you.
