ISO: tarrali made with flour, wine, yeast, oil and pepper, Bari style

My grandma used to make tarrali crackers that looked like a pretzel twist. The ingredients were flour water, white wine, yeast, salt and pepper. I think she boiled them before baking them. Please help, she was from Bari, Italy
