ISO: Tender Broiled Pork Chops
Misc.Hi Everyone,
This is my "Go To" place when I'm stumped so here goes please help!
My hubby LOVES pork chops plain broiled with salt & pepper but mine always come out tough! I'm careful not to overcook them we like them a little pink in the center. Other then smothering them in a sauce and sticking them in the oven I just can't seem to get a nice broiled pork chop tender like our favorite steak house. I've tried soaking them in a brine for a few hours but they still are chewy and tough. So please help.
Thanks to all Sherri from MASS.
