ISO: tequilaberry restaurant salad (MInnesota)

Misc.
I have lost this recipe I received from a co-worker. It has a sweet cream dresing, containing cauliflower, bacon and iceberg lettuce, not unlike a seven layer salad, but it is tossed. There is a sweet dressing I cannot recall. I think it contains Miracle WHip and sugar.
It is served at Tequilabery's restaurant in the Mpls area, but I do not know if it is a national chain.
Any help is appreciated as we want to serve it tomorrow at an Easter BBQ. Thanks!
