ISO: teriyaki beef sticks

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for Teriyaki Beef Sticks. I had my recipe on the kitchen counter, and while my husband was cleaning the kitchen yesterday, it got tossed. Now my flank steak is defrosted, and I can't find the marinade recipe. I know it calls for soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, water, and wine, but I'm not sure how much of each it calls for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
