Hi Rochelle:
Thanks for your recipe. I printed it out and will definately try it. I'm always looking for new cookie recipies. The cookie recipe that I'm trying to find is not a Neopolitan. My friend thought it started with a "v". We just started to get together once a month and pick a difficult recipe to make. We just make baklava. It came out really good. She wants to make these cookies next month and asked that I try to find a recipe. I guess it would help if I knew the name of the cookie. She said that the inside of the cookie looks like a rainbow of colors surrounded by chocolate. I don't know, maybe it is a neopolitan. Any ideas?? Thanks again for taking the time to give me that recipe........Karen - New York

Editor's note:
My apologies - I added Neopolitan to the request title because the description seemed to fit. - Betsy
