Thanks for the suggestions. I have already called the Wearever company in Chillicothe but they have destroyed all documentation about the chicken Bucket and have pretty much washed their hands of the product. If it wouldn't be too much work for you, I would be interested in the fried fish, flounder and pork chop recipes! I appreciate the time you have spent responding to my questions. Do you save the oil and reuse it? Which recipes have you tried and liked? Thanks again, Mary Beth
