ISO: Mary Beth re: Chicken Bucket

Hi Mary Beth... In the book that came with my Chicken Bucket it says if your chicken is soggy - not brown enough....too much chicken at one time or oil not hot enough.
I have the recipes for:
Chinese chicken wings
BBQ chicken
Chicken Kiev
Chicken cordon bleu
Chicken croquettes
Beef roulades
Marinated flank steak
Scotch eggs
Stuffed pork chops
Crispy fried fish
Stuffed flounder
New England clam cakes

There is an address in the book to order parts, you could possibly order a cookbook also, as there are many more recipes than what I have listed....you can use this as a regular pressure cooker also!!The address is:
