ISO: Thanksgiving Dinner for Two - New at this

My boyfriend and I recently moved in together and I wanted to make him a Thanksgiving Dinner. Our families do Thanksgiving on days other than Thanksgiving so it will just be the two of us. I have never made a whole turkey before but when I asked him he said that a breast wouldn't be enough (he eats a lot and wants left overs). Ok, my question is since I have never made a turkey before does anyone have a 'plain' turkey recipe that is easy for a first timer - I don't want like a cranberry turkey or anything like that. Also if you have a turkey gravy recipe that would be great.
