ISO: Thanksgiving to Cook Ahead or Not

Misc.
Help...My first really big sit down dinner.
I'm having 25 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The menu includes Turkey and Ham. I was going to do cook a whole turkey and a turkey breast plus a ham plus side dishes that need to use the oven.
What schedule do I cook all the meat? Can I cook the whole turkey the day before and the turkey breast and ham the on Thanksgiving since those will fit together.
If I cook the day before how do I keep the meat moist?
Thanks for you input.
