ISO: Tongan pudding (puteni)

When I was a child I was raised in Kolonga, Tonga Tapu, My mother used to make this special bread (puteni) the saddest thing she passed away when I was on my teen, and I did not learn the recipe, but I still remember how delicious this bread (puteni) is, I am inquiring the Tongan ladies, if anyone know how to make this wonderful bread, Please I need your help with the (puteni) recipe, will be forever appreciative of your kindness.
