I love to make jam. Love unusual combinations, too. I'm Diabetic so I must be careful how much I can consume. Darn!! I have tried many, many recipies using "artificial sweetner packets" and generally not pleased with the results. Last year I used Splendas recipe for a 3 berry jam that came out great. They also have a recipe for peach jam and strawberry. I called Splenda and asked if there are any more recipies in the works. I told the nice customer rep how I don't like the results when using the other brands and she said to use Splenda in those other recipies. Just be sure to use the Splenda packets for the other kind. Oh-boy, get out the jars,I'm ready! I have a lot of recipies to try and if anyone needs ideas, let me know.
