ISO: Tony Romas Corn Fritter Casserole

Misc.
I would love to have the Tony Roma Corn Fritter Casserole recipe! I thought it was better than the ribs. Thank you for your time and trouble. It is greatly appreciated!
This casserole came as a side dish with a platter of ribs. I have never tasted anything like it so can't really say what all was in it. I do know there was corn.
