ISO: Trying to find a recipe for Grinder Bread

Trying to find a recipe for Grinder Bread Dough, or Roll Dough as I am finding it out to be a bread or roll dough, must find this reciepe. Ladies it's my job here on the line, does anyone have anything on Grinder Dough ?? :)
