ISO: tuna souffle

Hi, I am searching for a recipe from the early 70's, which I believe I saw on a Hellman's mayo jar. It had tuna fish, mixed vegatables - frozen, fresh cut onions, green peppers, mayo, and I believe instant mashed potatoes, mayo. I last used it in 1999, but in moving lost the original recipe. Would appreciate any help given. Thank you.
