ISO: Turkey Stuffing with sausage and hazelnuts

I'm searching for a turkey stuffing recipe I had years ago. I seem to recall that the recipe from an old cookbook that was either from the pacific northwest (Oregon I think) or had pacific northwest in the title. Some of the ingredients that I can remember are bread cubes, onions, ground sausage, hazelnuts (the original recipe might have called for chestnuts which weren't easy to find so hazelnuts were substituted), Madeira (or maybe it was marsala), herbs and seasoning. I also seem to recall there being cream or sour cream in the recipe as well, but I'm not as certain on that ingredient. This is absolutely the best stuffing I have ever had. It's great with turkey dinner and amazing on turkey sandwiches the next day. Thanks!
