ISO: Turtle Muffins

Misc.
I would like a recipe for Turtle Muffins, I used to be able to buy these at a convenience store down the road but they changed owners and are no longer available. They are the best muffins that I ever had and really would like to be able to just make them myself.

Thanks
Shelly
