ISO: Twice baked potatoes (from my great recipe card collection)

I am looking for a simple and easy recipe for twice baked potatoes. I actually had one from the My great recipe collection years ago, and for some reason, when I made the potatoes using the cards they always turned out. I have tried other recipes and am not very successful. Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
