ISO: Two recipes from Great American Recipe Cards - Chicken and Neopolitan Cheesecake
Misc.The two recipes are from the Great American Recipe Cards (not McCall's). I received them by mail in the early part of the 90s.
One of the recipes was a chicken recipe. I remember using a good amount of thyme in the flour mixture, frying it then putting it in a dish with buttermilk and pan drippings and baking it. Wish I could remember the name.
The other was Neopolitan Cheesecake (absolutely yummy).
It's been around 10 years since my cards came up missing but I still crave both of these dishes. I GREATLY appreciate anyone who can help! Thanks!
