ISO: Update on Potato Enchiladas

Yikes! Still getting used to this site! Recipe for Potato Enchiladas should include the step where you pour enchilada sauce over rolled enchiladas. So,.... After placing enchiladas in pan, pour remaining enchilada sauce over, THEN top with cheese and bake. Sorry! Micha in AZ
