Recipe: Jim N Nick's cheese biscuits

Someone from Jim N Nicks told me that the biscuits have confectioner's sugar in them. If you experiment with this same recipe and substitute some confectioner's sugar, let me know how it turns out and the amount of ingredients you used. I'd surely like to get a little closer to the original taste of these wonderful biscuits/ mini-muffins.
